The service

Yonatan HQ is an operations platform that provides transactional and customer-service messaging over WhatsApp and email, scheduling, and related business tooling, for our own business and for businesses we onboard as a Tech Provider.

Messaging and consent

When you contact us or a business that uses our platform, you consent to receive service and transactional messages related to your request — for example order and appointment confirmations, scheduling, and support replies. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying to a message or contacting us.

Acceptable use

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy or applicable law.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its data.

Business clients (Tech Provider)

Where we provide messaging on behalf of a business client, that client is responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from its own customers and for complying with applicable messaging and privacy laws. We process such messages as a service provider to that client.

Intellectual property

The Yonatan HQ platform, including its software and content, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the service as intended.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to the service and these Terms

We may modify the service or these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
