How to request deletion

Email hello@yonyon.ai with the subject "Data deletion request", or reply to any of our WhatsApp or email messages and ask us to delete your data. Please send your request from, or include, the email address or phone number you used to contact us so we can locate your data.

What we delete

On a verified request, we delete the personal data we hold about you, including:

• Your contact details (name, phone / WhatsApp number, email).
• The message content and conversation history we hold for you.
• Service and scheduling details associated with your conversation.

How long it takes

We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once done.

What we may need to retain

Some records must be kept to comply with the law — for example, invoice and transaction records required by Israeli tax law are retained for the period the law requires. We retain only what the law requires, keep it access-restricted, and delete it when the retention period ends.

If you contacted a business that uses our platform

If you messaged a business that uses Yonatan HQ to handle its customer communications, that business is the controller of its customers' data. Contact that business directly, or email us at hello@yonyon.ai and we will coordinate your request with them.
